An Ordinance Of The City Of Satellite Beach, Brevard County, Florida, Amending The Retirement Plan And Trust For The General Employees Of The City Of Satellite Beach, By Amending Section 46-41 "deferred Retirement Option Plan (Drop)" Of The City Code To Permit Members To Enter The Drop Upon The Attainment Of 57 Years Of Age And Eligibility For Early Retirement; Providing For Full Force And Efectiveness; Providing For Repeal Of Conflicting Ordinances; And Providing An Effective Date.
