An Ordinance Of The City Of Satellite Beach, Brevard County, Florida, Calling A Referendum Election To Amend Section 6.03 Of The City Charter To Create A New Provision Prohibiting Any Increase In Ad Valorem Millage Rate, Amount Of Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Or Public Service Tax Rate, In Excess Of The Current Rate Without The Affirmative Vote Of 4/5 Of The City Council; Prohibiting Imposition Of Previously Not Imposed Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Or Public Service Tax Without The Affirmative Vote Of 4/5 Of The City Council; Providing Effective Date.
