An Ordinance Of The City Of Satellite Beach, Brevard County, Florida, Defining Hitchhiking: Prohibiting Hitchhiking Or Picking Up Or Discharging Hitchhikers: Defining Prima Facie Evidence Of Hitchhiking Or Picking Up Or Discharging Hitchhikers: Providing The Satellite Beach Officers The Right To Secure Identification, The Right To Interrogate, And The Right To Make Reasonable Searches Upon Violation Of This Ordinance, Providing For Penalties For Violation Therefor
