An Ordinance Of The City Of Satellite Beach, Brevard County, Florida, Amending Its Comprehensive Plan Part Ii (Ordinance No. 716) By Amending The Future Land Use Element As Follows; Policy 1.1.4 To Add C Commercial; Policy 1.1.12 To Prohibit Increasing Number Of Units On Parcels East Of State Road A1a And South Of Desoto Prkway; Policy 1,1,13 To Create A Town Center Mixed-Use (Cm) Overlay To Provide Property Owners In The City's Commercial Land Use District, Between State Road A1a And South Patrick Drive North Of Park Avenue Only, As A Conditional Use, The Ability To Include Residential Living Units Above Commercial Units; Policy 1.1.14 Prohibiting Net Loss Of Land Designated For Commercial Use; To Amend The Future Land Use Map Legend To Reflect The Textual Designations Contained Herein; Amending Coastal Management/Conservation Policy 1.12.2 Regarding Changes From Non-Residential To Residential Districts; Providing An Effective Date.
