Description:
An Ordinance Of The City Of Satellite Beach, Brevard County, Florida, Amending The Potable Water Sub-Element Of The Infrastructure Element; And The Coastal Management/Conservation, Intergovernmental Coordination, And Capital Improvements Elements Of The Comprehensive Plan; To Coordinate The City's Comprehensive Plan With The St. Johns River Water Management District's Water Supply Plan, And To Include A 10-Year Water Supply Facilities Work Plan Into The Comprehensive Plan As Mandated By Florida Statutues 163-3177(6)(C); Providing For Transmittal To The State Land Planning Agency; Providing A Conflicts Clause And Severability Clause, Providing An Efective Date.
